- What is Taverlyn?
- Taverlyn supplies research peptides to laboratories and research institutions across the EU. Products are sold strictly for laboratory research use, not for human or animal consumption.
- Do I need to create an account to order?
- No — Taverlyn is guest checkout only. There's no registration or login anywhere on the site. Add items to your cart and pay directly; we don't ask for a password or store an account profile.
- How do I check my order status?
- There's no self-service order lookup on the site. Message us via the chat button or email with your payment reference (from your checkout confirmation) and we'll check on it directly.
- Is Taverlyn GDPR-compliant?
- Yes — data handling, consent, and retention are built to EU data-protection standards from the start. There's no account system and no database of customer profiles at all; checkout information is used only to fulfill and ship your order. See our Privacy & GDPR page for the full policy.
- Which countries do you ship to, and how long does delivery take?
- We ship across the EU/EEA from our EU partner warehouse, typically 2–5 business days depending on destination, with no customs friction. See the Shipping page for the full country list and transit times.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Crypto only — USDT (Tron or Ethereum), USDC (Base), BTC, and ETH. We don't currently support card payments, bank transfer, or any fiat rail.
- Are your prices shown with or without VAT?
- All prices displayed on Taverlyn are tax-inclusive (VAT included) in EUR.
- Are Taverlyn's products intended for human or animal use?
- No. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and are not evaluated or approved for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.
- Is there age or eligibility verification at checkout?
- Yes — every order requires confirmation that the purchase is for research use only, that the buyer is of legal age, and that the shipping destination is not a sanctioned jurisdiction.
- Do you provide batch documentation or a Certificate of Analysis?
- Yes — batch-level certificate of analysis documentation is provided so buyers can independently verify what's on the label.
- Where are your products manufactured?
- Raw materials come from an ISO/GMP-certified partner production facility in Qingdao, China, before final preparation and EU warehouse fulfillment.
